Active Release Techniques® Europe

Active Release Techniques® is a soft tissue management system that is suitable for chiropractors, physiotherapists, osteopaths and naprapaths alike. The method is very different from other soft tissue treatments like massage, triggerpoint therapy, myofascial release techniques and muscle energy techniques.

ART® is a clinical tool you will be satisfied with. It is divided into three seminars; one for the upper extremities, one for the lower extremities and one for spine. All the seminars are hands-on workshops.

The ART® method is patented and protected by copyright laws internationally. After having participated at a seminar and passed the test you will be a certified provider of ART®.
